IOC - The Most Lightweight Aunthenticated Encryption Mode?

After exploring many variants of IOBC, the solution was quite surprising: while IOC simplifies significantly the definition of its parent mode, it achieves a very hight strength with a computational complexity possibly smaller than any othe AE mode.
